All orders are processed as soon as the transaction is complete. When the items leave our warehouse you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

Return policy
Should you wish to return your purchase, please advise us at once at info@closetemotions.com: you will receive our email permission.
All our merchandise may be returned within a maximum of forty-eight hours by MRW courier service only. Kindly note that all merchandise must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Please indicate the order number on the outside of the package.
Provided all requirements are met, CLOSET EMOTIONS will refund your purchase price in full and to your credit card as soon as possible.
